For over 20 years, Dee Conner was the quiet force behind the scenes — answering every phone call, responding to every email, managing contracts and finances with unmatched dedication. She was the backbone of the business, ensuring that every event ran smoothly before the music ever started.
Meanwhile, Monte Conner became the face and front man of the service — delivering high-energy performances, unforgettable experiences, and a level of professionalism that defined the D&M brand. Together, they built more than just a business — they built a legacy.
As seasons change, so too must some chapters come to a close. Dee has decided to step away from the business to pursue new adventures, and with her transition comes a new beginning.
D&M DJ Service will now move forward as MC DJ Service, with Monte Conner as the sole proprietor. While the name is new, the heart of the business remains unchanged.
