For more than 25 years, Dee Conner worked behind the scenes — handling calls, emails, contracts, and finances with care and consistency. Her efforts helped keep the business organized and ensured that events were ready to go before the music ever started.
Meanwhile, Monte Conner became the face of the service — delivering high-energy performances, unforgettable experiences, and a level of professionalism that defined the D&M brand. Together, they built more than just a business; they built a legacy.
Although Dee is no longer a business partner, she remains in the background to assist where needed. With this transition comes a new beginning.
D&M DJ Service will now move forward as MC DJ Service, with Monte Conner as the sole proprietor. While the name is new, the heart of the business remains the same.
